The Targeted ADHD Evaluation is a focused, evidence-based assessment designed for adults who want a definitive answer about attention, executive functioning, and what's actually driving the difficulties they've been managing for years.
This evaluation is for you if:
You've been told you have ADHD — or told you don't — but you've never felt confident in either answer. You're managing. You're functioning. But something is off, and you've never had anyone actually look carefully.
Maybe you've noticed that focus feels like a constant battle. That deadlines sneak up on you in ways they don't seem to for other people. That your mind moves faster than your ability to organize it. Or maybe you've been on medication for years and you're not sure it was ever based on a real evaluation.
This evaluation is also for people who need documentation — for workplace accommodations, disability determinations, or their prescribing provider — and need it done correctly, completely, and quickly.
What's included
Everything listed. Nothing hidden.
- Structured clinical interview (60 minutes, live video) — a thorough exploration of your history, current functioning, and the specific concerns that brought you here
- Validated ADHD rating scales completed by you and, where possible, someone who knows you well — because how you experience your symptoms and how others observe them are both part of the picture
- Executive functioning assessment — measuring the real-world cognitive skills that ADHD most commonly disrupts
- Mood and anxiety screening — because attention difficulties rarely exist in isolation, and an accurate diagnosis requires ruling out what else might be contributing
- Scoring, interpretation, and integrated report writing by your evaluating psychologist
- Written evaluation report (typically 4–8 pages) — a clear clinical narrative, not a score dump
- Personal feedback call (15–20 minutes, phone) — included with every evaluation
Most questionnaires and rating scales are completed asynchronously via your secure client portal before the live interview — so your time with your evaluator is focused on clinical dialogue, not paperwork.
What the report gives you
Not a score sheet. A clinical narrative.
Your report will tell you — in plain language — whether the findings are consistent with ADHD, which presentation and severity, and what other factors may be contributing to or mimicking the picture. It will include specific, actionable recommendations for treatment, accommodations, medication evaluation, and self-management strategies tailored to your particular cognitive and emotional profile.
It is written to be useful to you, your prescriber, your therapist, and any institution that needs documentation.
Timeline
From the time you book, most clients complete their evaluation and receive their final report within two to three weeks. Rating scales are sent immediately upon scheduling and can be completed at your convenience. The clinical interview is typically scheduled within one week of booking.

Is this the right evaluation for you?
The Targeted ADHD Evaluation is designed for adults with a focused referral question around attention, executive functioning, and ADHD. If your concerns are broader — memory, cognitive changes, learning disabilities, complex psychiatric history, or you need a full cognitive profile — the In-Depth or Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation may be a better fit.
