The In-Depth Neuropsychological Evaluation is for adults whose concerns extend beyond attention — where cognition, memory, personality, and mood all need to be part of the conversation.

This evaluation is for you if:

You've suspected ADHD for years, but there's more to it than that. Maybe your memory feels unreliable in ways that don't quite fit the ADHD story. Maybe anxiety and attention are so tangled together that nobody has ever been able to tell you which one is driving the bus. Maybe you've had a diagnosis for years that never fully explained your experience, and you want someone to actually look carefully at the whole picture.

This evaluation is also for adults who need a more complete cognitive profile — for treatment planning, medication decisions, or documentation that requires more than a focused ADHD assessment can provide.

What's included

Everything listed. Nothing hidden.

  • Expanded clinical interview — a comprehensive exploration of your developmental, academic, occupational, psychiatric, and medical history
  • Validated ADHD and executive function rating scales — self-report and observer forms, capturing how symptoms present across your life and how others experience them
  • Cognitive ability testing — a standardized, validated measure of intellectual functioning administered remotely, designed to work seamlessly within a telehealth model
  • Computerized neurocognitive battery — an objective, performance-based assessment of attention, processing speed, memory, and executive function completed independently from your home
  • Comprehensive mood, anxiety, and personality assessment — going beyond screening to a fuller picture of your emotional and psychological functioning
  • ASD screening — because autism spectrum presentations are frequently missed in adults, particularly those who have learned to adapt and compensate
  • Scoring, interpretation, and integrated report writing across all domains
  • Written evaluation report (typically 10–18 pages) — an integrated clinical narrative connecting findings across every domain assessed
  • Personal feedback call (15–20 minutes, phone) — included with every evaluation

Most questionnaires, rating scales, and the computerized cognitive battery are completed asynchronously via your secure client portal — minimizing live session time while maximizing the depth of data collected.

What the report gives you

A genuinely integrated clinical picture — not separate scores from separate measures, but a synthesized narrative that explains how your cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning interact. Your report will address your primary referral question directly, explore relevant diagnostic considerations including differentials that are commonly missed, and provide specific, actionable recommendations for treatment, accommodations, and next steps.

It is written to be useful to you, your prescriber, your therapist, and any institution or employer that requires documentation.

Timeline

Most clients complete their evaluation and receive their final report within three to four weeks of booking. Questionnaires and rating scales are sent immediately upon scheduling. The clinical interview is typically scheduled within one to two weeks, with the computerized cognitive battery completed beforehand at your convenience.

Is this the right evaluation for you?

The In-Depth Neuropsychological Evaluation is designed for adults with overlapping or complex presentations where ADHD, cognition, mood, and personality all warrant assessment. If your concerns are more focused — primarily attention and executive functioning without broader cognitive or personality questions — the Targeted ADHD Evaluation may be the right starting point. If your concerns include memory, learning disabilities, achievement testing, or a comprehensive diagnostic picture including ASD, the Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation may be a better fit.
